FIND THESE STEPS – From Cable Car Lane, 280 Lambton Quay, and then to 10 Upland Road, or from the lower level, at the end of Lower North Terrace, beside 3 Rimu Road.
These steps offer a fun and unique method to reach them – the Cable Car. At the top, follow the Upland Road until you come across the top of the stairs at Upland Road, on the right.
Ms Irvine-Smith reports that Upland Road is named for Upland Farm, a former dairy farm in this area.
